ACRE begins with acquiring discarded rice hulls from local farms that would otherwise contribute to landfill.

Next, the rice hulls are engineered into ACRE boards through zero-waste manufacturing processes that circulate products and materials for reuse and recycling with lower impact production processes such as closed looped systems to recycle water.

Our mill is located in the vibrant town of Fernwood, Mississippi, minimizing the wasteful impact of overseas manufacturing and transportation.
Reclaim and Recycle
After ACRE has left our mill and onto your workbench, any scraps (and even shavings) can be recycled into new products when returned to us.
